My Own Market Skirt

So I made this skirt. Duh! It was originally intended for a little girl, but hey why can't I wear it too? So here's my own version from Made and you can find the tutorial here.



I was nervous because I thought it would be too hard for me. And I had some trouble and for like half an hour my machine decided to be stubborn (because of course it couldn't have been my fault). But I got it done and I'm kind of proud.

And maybe you're wondering why I keep on copying other people's ideas, but I will have an idea of my own. Actually I'll post some later, but I find it kind of helpful and copying other people's patters helps me to learn techniques so I can make my own ideas as I am just learning.
